Lithium Battery System 25.6V360Ah for AGV


The lithium battery system will utilize PowerModule12.8V120Ah in a 2S3P (360AH) configuration to build a single battery system. The nominal voltage is 25.6V. The system consists of fuses, three contactors (GIGAVAC), one for safety, one for charging, and one for discharging. The contactors have auxiliary contact detection function. The BMS can detect contactor defect, during charge or discharge contactor contact is stuck, the BMS can open the charge contactor or discharge contactor and safety contactor. Under normal circumstances, the safety contactor and discharge contactor are closed, driving the AGV to travel normally. When the AGV arrives at the charging station, the AGV charging detection signal is connected to the charge_denable signal of the BMS. When the AGV’s charging detection signal detects a 12V signal, the charge_enable signal of the BMS is set to 12V, and the charging contactor is closed. When the BMS detects the charging protection signal, the charging contactor opens.When the BMS detects the discharging protection signal, the discharging contactor opens. When the discharging protection signal disappear, the discharging contactor auto close again.
