E-Truck Lithium Battery System Case

Zhongyi Lithium batteries are used in various trucks, from commercial delivery vehicles to medium-sized electric trucks, as well as refrigerated transport vehicles for transporting food and medicine. For truck fleets, reducing reliance on fossil fuels can ensure long-term cost savings and sustained energy costs, thereby mitigating price fluctuations associated with gasoline or diesel vehicles.
Lithium Battery System Introduction
The system is composed of 48 modules and a box including line contactors, precharge contactor, precharge resistor, fuses, VMU and BMS.
Interface between VMU and BMS:

+12V, 0V: the supply of the BMS from VMU is isolated from chassis. Characteristics: +12V, 900mA.
CAN bus: CAN L and CAN H. This CAN is dedicated to the link between VMU and BMS.
EM: this signal from BMS is connected to the VMU ground input. This allows the closing of the line contactors and their opening if safe needed.
IGN: this VMU+12V output wakes up the BMS.
The CAN bus is used to exchange data between VMU and BMS.
