Visual transmission line solutions are widely used in State Grid and China Southern Power Grid. We installed our front-end equipment on 30.000 transmission line towers in China. Our solutions are used to intelligently identify safety hazards in power lines and communication fibers, as well as in the surrounding environment. And it will automatically alarm to the online platform to notify workers to maintain. This greatly reduces the likelihood of accidents (reduces blackout and trip rates) and can replace manual inspections. It solves 80% of electronic surveillance problems at 20% of the cost. The comprehensive monitoring and early warning information of channel hidden dangers is pushed in real time 24 hours a day, which improves the quality of OHL inspections. The system is powered by lithium battery,during the day, the solar panel charges the battery, and at night, the battery supplies power to the device.

Why use low temperature lithium battery?

Line equipment operates in the natural environment for a long time and is affected by various climatic conditions (such as storms, floods, ice and snow, heavy fog, pollution, lightning strikes, etc.), so we use the low temperature lithium battery. The low temperature cell , the discharge capacity-40℃/25℃ ≥50%;-30℃/25℃ ≥70% ;-20℃/25℃ ≥80%; and it doesn’t require heating and can be charged at low temperatures.
